: T-18 to NP241 options?

So, I've tried searching and nothing really seems to come up. I've looked thru many catalogs and websites and can't seem to find an adapter to match my Jeep T-18 to a GM 241. Sure, I could easily get a T18 to 231 adapter but this is for a FSJ and I want to step up.

Does anyone know if it's possible to pick up, say, Advanced Adapters 231 adapter with a 27 or 32 spline output?? I've tried getting in contact with them about this but i never heard back. Figured PBB would help.

A 241, 231 and an Atlas all have the same 6 bolt pattern right? The only diff is in the trans output spline?? 231s have 21 or 23 inputs where 241s have 27 or 32.

Ideas?

This is what it's going in....

Any luck. I think we have bastard T18's They are great in theory but a pain in the ass to try to make work with any other combo than stock. I like the bare bones Jtruck. Just stock up on D20's and replace as necessary until the NP465 swap.

NP435 or SM465?

As for the 231s and 241s. IIRC you can swap a 241 planetaries into a 231 to run the 23 or 21 spline input. Yes its a 6 bolt pattern. Bronco D20s have the 6 bolt pattern as well however, 10 spline. You can get an adapter to run the NP435 in front of a Ramcharger 203, and then throw the D20 back behind that and run the whole setup as a doubler.

Also, get ahold of Ken or someone at Novak. They are much more personal to deal with than AA.

There is a stock 32 spline output and matching 6 hole round adaptor that came on Ford trucks with the t18 and np208
