Is there any way to cheaply/easily lift the back of my tow rig ('97 2500 ex cab long box diesel) around 2"? Its already got the factory 4 3/4" blocks, so I don't really think I could get by with a bigger block. The largest aftermarket ones I've seen are 5 1/2 (and probably have too small of a pin), the biggest OE ones I've seen are 6" (from the '92/'93 Dodges, and the dealer wants gold for them).

The truck has 2 1/2" coil spacers in the front, and I want to get some rake back, plus I'm thinking about going to 35s (315/75R16), and may go up another inch in the front. It currently runs 255/85R16s (33 x 10s).

add a leaf would be the cheapest way... other options would be custom leaf packs, or rear springs from say skyjackers 2.5 inch kit, or a shackle flip and go to a smaller block.
