All, I ran a search and didn't see that anybody had posted a poll for what tubing sizes people prefer to use on cages. So lets hear it!

2" x .120 wall - gotta hold up the boat anchors whenever I roll it...

Wall thickness makes a difference too....I'm currently torn between 1-3/4" .120 wall DOM and .095 wall DOM....not sure the 25# weight savings will be worth the drop.

And my cage will be a combination of 1-1/2" and 1-3/4", lighter/smaller stuff for the bracing and little things.

i used 2" .120W DOM and 1 1/2" .120W DOM.

1-3/4 x .120 ... mainly because that's what I'm used to working with on the racecars. There are also a lot of "widgets" available for 1-3/4 ... shock reservoir can mounts, mirror mounts, filter mounts, etc.

2" .120 if you don't want to have a many bars.
