Except that he has a 350/sm420/cruiser tcase that needs to be stuffed into it (theoretically he has everything to do it) and he wants $3500 for it. If its a 74-up and needs to be smogged....smog it! Deal with it. I deal with it and its really no problem. If all the work is done already, then who cares? 76-78's are the best year cruisers anyways.
