I never seem to take as many pics as I'd like to. The instructions are better than I'd previously heard about and include pictures, which helped. That's Staks rear output as well. I just wish there was more info on checking a proper setup with the gears. I'm just assuming their not as critical as a ring and pinion, but there has to be some variance between all the dana cases and staks. God, someone tell me I'm overthinking this.

When building mine it looked like the only thing that dana/stak allow for adjustment is bearing preload on the front/rear outputs. I rebuilt mine with bearings when I put the stak case together over a year ago and have had 0 issues or any hint of gear noise on the highway. The thing is daily driven all year long and gets abused in the woods on a regular basis, i love that thing.
