Has any one here seen one of these axles break ?... Ive ran a set HARD for well over a year now and they seem to be holding up great!.. however my buddy in his truck ( identical to mine same tires even ) just snapped one shaft.. and twisted the splines on the other, hes only had them in there for 2 months... were running 34X9 swampers.. lockers up front stock sj cases and 1.3L's ... im hoping they were just a shitty set

While running a local comp. a friend of mine broke two shafts in under 15 mins, both broke at the splines. The rig was on 33 baja claws, locked

although i have never run them from what i've seen and heard it depends on the driver and how hevvy the rig is. its just like anything they are far better than stock but nothing won't break

that will happen with stock gearing.

We've had a few sets of various series of DT's running here in Aus and they've all been fine on 34 9.5's, 35 13.5 krawlers and Q78 swampers, all front locked, all with gears, and in situations where stock CV's break easily.

I can't comment on every terrain and every combination of tyres/gearing but I wouldn't build a car without them. I know it's possible to break anything, but we've been happy.
