Anyone know the snow conditions on the road to Meadow lake , should be melting fast but alot of the road is on the shady side of the mountain

its a lttle deceptive there are a couple places that are shaded and hold snow real well

Im betting that its not even close to being able to get in. Camper shell hill or whatever its called right before you get to the top where the road splits for white rock lake is always the last to thaw out. We were dirt biking last week and went up to Sardine Lookout to the east of hwy 89 and there was still tons of snow up in the mtns towards Meadow Lake.

Could be a possibility if you get in there early enough in the morning before the snow warms up and you might be able to stay on top.

It's always iffy and some years it just ain't Doable but this year I think will happen
I plan on pre running the road in soon and was curious what people new or if anyone had been in that way yet

according to the snow depth sensors at Meadow Lake there is more snow this year then in the last 2. On this date last year it shows 17 inches this year it is showing 30.5. Just an fyi

You will be all good by the 4th! I have worked in the woods for the F.S. and have played up in that area most of my life and I've never not been able to get up there by the end of June.

There was definitely a lot of snow up there this winter when I was up in the area snowmobiling. One storm dropped at least 4ft of powder up by meadow lake and that was one of the late ones.

Im sure I will be up that way in the next few weeks if we can get any of our rigs running:shaking:

The link says it's melted ten inches in four days at this rate it well be gone in ten days wow

went in from weber sunday to meadow lake only major snow is lacy canyon will be no problem by this weekend
