: YJ Seats (looking for low profile mounts)

I'm wanting to tie my seats in to the cage and rasie the mounts up higher without raising the seat. (so I can clock flat an atlas with 0" body lift, cutting body out where the tcase would be)

Problem - been looking. Haven't been able to find any "low-profile" mounts that would work with a YJ seat.

Anyone have any sources?

my dad just used rectangle tubing to mount the seats in his jeepster since the floor is so much higher than a YJ . Much more carlike.

Try removing the seat stop from the factory brackets and this will allow the bracket to sit down lower...you can than weld in your own stop and set the seat to where you want it and still be able to tilt it forward!
