Im in Benicia, ca and need someone good w/ electrical to take a look and or fix my 83' K5. I finally got her running ok and the next time I went to start her nothing worked. No dash lights, gauges, ignition, etc...

Good 12.5v at battery and all the way to the distribution block on the firewall. When I put the key in the ignition and turn to ACC my voltage drops to 0. Same thing happens w/ no key and light switch pulled out.

I have replaced the 2 fusible links at the starter w/ 30amp inline fuse holders, replaced the 1 fusible link at firewall w/ 30amp inline fuce holder as well. I have a new ignition switch but I cant figure out where it goes. Everyone says its on the side of the steering column in the foot well but I dont see it.

Of course im willing to pay for services. not looking for any freebees unless folks on here would rather work for BEER :flipoff2:
