: Off-Road utility trailer?

We've been using a 4'X8' Snow-Bear utility trailer for things it was never intended for and recently while backing it into the woods with his van, the tongue parted ways with the cross brace and deck. Kinda sucked the side tubes in a little too.
Knowing full well that it'll happen again and realizing it's smarter to get something with better ground clearance and tougher structure, we're looking around to see what's available.
So... we're looking for something of similar size but with larger tires, more ground clearance, 3k to 5k rating and armored lights. It will be used primarily to haul fire wood and debris around the property but it's also used to haul a ~1,00lb motorcycle and sidecar over the road and to transport a woodsplitter and gear to a woodlot. If there were something out there that would squeek a Jeep onboard, we'd look at it.
Any guidance? ideas? I know there's always custom, but wondered if there were any manufactures building a non-camping offroad trailer.

I have a M416 that I use to haul firewood and to camp out of. Its is just a 1/4 ton but have loaded it as full as i could get it with wood and never had any problems towing it at 65mph when i had my tj. It wouldnt fit your motorcycle but you can pick them up cheap and use your other trailer for the bike. I think i have about $750 in mine and I redid the brakes, bearings, bushings, shocks, and painted it. I dont have any pictures with me but here is a link to one. http://vegasauto.net/m416.html

I'd keep rebuilding it stronger ......... untill it's strong enough.

X2. Put larger tires on it, new fenders, beef up the tongue, etc.

Why not repair the one you've got and use it while you're building your own?

We are actually rebuilding the snow bear but wondered if there was anything better out there.
It's a niche market for sure, but I would think a few could sell if they were made. My idea was kinda like Rolls Rite's utility(http://www.rollsrite.com/utility.htm) but 6 to 8" taller/ more ground clearance.
