i got in the middle of my t18 rebuild and found that i need a couple parts...

input shaft needle bearings
reverse lever seals
possibly a new output bearing
sliding part of first gear/reverse
outer lock rings(for the bearings)

i figured i could POSSIBLY get the lock rings and possibly an o-ring(seal) from the hardware store, but what about the rest of the parts. autozone, etc doesn't carry a darn thing and the local NAPA doesn't want to be real helpfull.

is there a place online to order small parts like this??? i don't even want to think about what FORD would charge.

i did a search there for "ford t18" found an exploded view parts list. it won't link to that page though.try the same search and you should find it. good luck:)
