got a 2000 chevy astrovan, the plug wires and coil are arcing REAL BAD,replaced cap,rotor,wires,plugs,maf sensor,coil(twice), the coil has arced out so it has been replaced twice,also replaced the cap, rotor and wires twice, i am thinking it might be the voltage regulator but not 100% and not sure where it is, any ideas or things to look at, and no it will not start
