Im trying to find one to swap in a TJ with a ax-15 currently THX bcpd_03 10-18-2009, 07:44 PM No mondols1 10-18-2009, 08:57 PM some 999s bolt up directly also if i remember correctly the turbo 400 that was mated to the 360 in a wagoneer (i think) is a direct bolt up too. should be lots of info about this if you do a search. bcpd_03 10-19-2009, 06:31 PM No yes/no....they are not all the same if the 999 comes from a tj it has a hole on the top left for the CPS as does the AX-15. IF the trans is from a non FI motor you will have to either move the CPS to the balincer kit offerd from ADVANCE ADAPTERS bout 400 bucks or have the bell housing machined to accept the CPS $$ unknown. I would stick with a 97+ TF999 can get one for around 4-600$ bucks maby cheaper if you look and be sure to get all the shift linkages cables ECT should be a farley strait forward swap good luck and hope this helps. and there is alot of info/pics on google bout this swap.
