I have them on my XJ and they are almost worthless after 20,000 miles. Save up and get some BFG's or MTR's I don't know how much they are there but here they were only $25 a tire less that those 2. I happen to be surfing lesschwab.com adn the new manager at the store here walked into my office, started talking with him and he suggested them. I think I'll stick to my original plan after some other comments. I would also go somewhere like Discount where I can get the road hazzrd warranty. if you off road - you will use it. I bought $1000 worth of swampers with out the warranty - dumb money wasted. Now I replace with warranty tires. Still the MTR is a great all around tire. A friend has them and they do rawk! Have fun Ritch Thanks, I've run the MTR's before, on DSI's rig the day after we put them on. They did as well as the Swampers did and chewed less. MattS are not as aggresive as a BFG mud but seem to be a decent amount louder then BFG's. I bet the work great in snow but wear to fast and are to damn loud for such a non aggresive tread. HarleyM 09-09-2002, 07:13 PM Used to have a set of the 12.50 33's on the wife pick-up. They howl real bad on the pavement, and are not very agressive in the mud. My 10.50 31" Goodyear st's are better in the mud than they where. 5spd 09-09-2002, 07:28 PM I had a set on a 4runner that I bought...were already on it...30x9.5s....They were ok in the snow and clogged up fast in mud...I would not but em myself though considering there are so many better tires....they sell lots to pavement pounders since they dont know anything anyway..........
