What are some of the main advantages and disadvantages of a SOA lift for my YJ

Easy couple of inches without replacing springs. That's the biggest advantage

Not flaming, but there is an article(I am damn sick of) in the four wheeling magazines that they use for filler that gives all the pros and cons of soa vs. sua.
