Hi all: just wanted to drop in and mention a couple things from the land use/access perspective (Del Albright here). First, the Rubicon efforts are going well and still alive (visit www.friendsoftherubicon.com). (http://www.friendsoftherubicon.com) We're still talking trail signs, potties, and maybe kiosks. Second, the Sierra Nev. Framework had 234 appeals (including many of you, Cal4wheel, BlueRibbon, etc.) that have all been consolidated by the feds into one appeal.
