I JUST BAUGHT SOME 35X14.5 BOGGERS TO USE AS TEMPS WHEN I GET THE CRUISER UP AND RUNNING, AND I'M PLANNING ON MOUNTING THEM ON 8" RIMS I HAVE... IS THIS GOING TO BE A GREAT SETUP AND HOLD A BEAD WONDERFULLY, OR IS IT GOING TO BE TOO WID E A TIRE FOR THE RIM AND NOT BE POSSIBLE? ANYONE HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS? THE WHEELS ARE ALSO 3.5" BS'ED SO IM GOING TO JUST KEEP TELLING MYSELF THAT SOME RUBBING IS OK

THANKS
MATT

I like it, I'm runnign 16's on 10's and it holds the bead nicely, I never got into the 12+ rimwidth thing, just seems like you'd blow way too many beads, especially on all the 12.5 bfg's I see on 12 inch wide wheels

This is a trail rig right?
limited street use?
If so it will work, and work well. If you run it on the street much these would problably wear really fast in the center and handle kinda squirrely.

EQUAL STREET TIME IF NOT A LITTLE BIT MORE. THEY ARE JUST TEMPS SO I GUESS THATS OK

my mate runs this on his hilux (minitruck) with no worries, except he had the centre flipped on his wheels and runs 0" backspacing

cut the centre out, turn it around and put it back on, flip the wheel and you got 0" BS AWESOME and cheap too

Matt
I ran 35x14.50 boggys on 8" beadlocks with no problems and I also ran my 38.5 sx's on the same wheels.
Here is a pic courtesy of CAZ.

I am running that set up too. 35x14.5 boggers on 8" steelies without problem. They suck on the street at anything higher than 10 psi but other than that they work well.

I think it is around 3 1/2" backspacing. Not 100% sure. They are on a yj also.
