Ok .Now here's one for all zuk lovers to make a comment on.

I have a couple ideas in mind # one

{Toyota diffs or zuk diffs with coil suspension.}

Thats not my deliema

Either zuk drive train with lowered gears and maybe two t cases.

(My rear diff is going back further and gas tank in back.So i can doulbe up my tcase)

Or i can run all toyota with double Tcase.

Or I can run 22r with 5 speed two wheel drive and adapt it two the zuk tcase.

How much better or more power do the 22r have over the 1.3 efi zook motor. It sure is quite snappy around town(stock 1.3)

Place opinion below.I know you will.
Reason for opinion would be a plus too.

PLEASE DO NOT BASH ME FOR ASKING MORE STUPID ?

With so many options to do your kinda left with what you have and what you can afford
1) I have run stock
2) run 4:16
3) Run 4:16/ 4:57 R/P all with 33"tires and stock 1.3 and YJ's all4 corners
4) the problem with the 1.3 is the smog crap small ex and very little intake of air I personlly am keeping the 1.3 now that my header is on with 2.5 ex to the back and a carb conversion by Flipper it has alot more power now.
Zuk axles 6 runs on them and finally snapped a rear axle short and sheared the hub bolts of off the front short I did have rings so no damage to the axle, also it has been locked front and rear. for 31 and smaller there fine 33 eventually there gonna brake. Toy axles are the way to go my 02 its been debated before. but thats what I got cheep in my area. Motor My 02 I like the 1.3 but I dont have to smog or worry about street use. It s lite and whinds up nice, the toy motor few more H/p and alittle heavier, again my 02
My set up as of now is 1.3 through 4:16 + another zuk case to be geared later to toy axles with 5:71 and 35-38 swamper with coils. Again this is my opinion based on the wheeling I do Ive tryed alot if diff. setups but its time to move on to something else.

for the diffs definately go with the toys. i prefer waggy d44's but you didn't mention them. if you wheel hard the stock axles just will not hold up.

no for the motor i'd stick with the zuk motor. why? it is super light. if i were building one i would want a 16valve 1.6L. but i would still take a efi 1.3 over a 22r in a zuk anyday.

Rockrat....5.71's???? Remember the little speach you gave me when you changed my 3rd's??? I wouldn't go past 5.29's More pinion strength...unless you go duals then just weld the fawkers up!;)

You drive a toy with a lead foot I drive a zuk with a 1/4 the weight
so im not worried bout it. Not to mention I setup my gears no my cousin and wtf fawk is duals and they will be welded

How bout a 1.6 bottom with a 1.3 efi top end ? Your a mud puppy without choice in ontario and it is nice to keep the weight down for the thick goo. As far as axles go, ive beaten and beaten my diffs with 31's, lokd in da rear, never broke once. Still havent broke with my 33boggers but i wont leave home without my spare axle  Dont go to crazy on the t-case stuff as we really dont have excess amounts of rock like the rest of the boys here have in thier backyard. :flipoff2:

You have not specified what type of 'wheelin you are planning to do. If you primarily do the mud thing, the dual cases may be a waste of money for you. ~100:1 would be fine to spin some 33" Boggers or such.

Having the F.I. already is a Big plus - I like the 1.6L bottom end idea, but if what ya got runs good, run with it ;)

Id say go with a 22re . I love mine. It will run upside down.
The yota axles will be much stronger than zuk but they are not bomb proof.
I popped two yota birfields in the last month running 33 tsls.
I am thinking about using the longfields when my supply of spares runs thin.
Just a lil FYI
