SURPRISE CANYON APPEAL-
CORVA has written an appeal based on a series of BLM reports to prove there is no basis for closure due to the fact that there are no Threatened or Endangered Species in the canyon, and that no water quality violations have been reported by the BLM after major off-road events took place in the canyon. We are confident we will win the appeal.
