Going to a flat belly soon and am looking at crossmember designs, i know that i want to have a flexable mount to the tranny and t-case but do i also need a poly bushing at the frame or can i just bolt it solid to the frame as long as i have a flexable mount to the tranny.

heres my best artwork in paint

shows my tranny -adapter- and t-case

was going to bolt to the frame using these,

and mount to the tranny using one of these,

another question is do i want the rubber or poly version the that mount. (my engine mounts are rubber)

and do something like this to support the end of the t-case,

(* this picture does not represent my design but someone else's much smarter than me on this forum*)

what say you oh masters of the offroad fab.

(thanks for the help)

nevermind, i found a few different threads that helped.

i'm still a little worried about the t-case mount having the support hanging so far out there, but i think i can just brace it.
