Yeah, I think you just found out that all the michigan wheelers you know are all the michigan wheelers, although I passed a Gremlin on a 4x4 chassis out near Hillman, I could stop and ask that guy to give you a call. Oh yeah, and whoever buy this jem might wanna wheel with ya, since you're a Toyota boy now...

No way man, that thing was 100% hard core Toyota, the Grand Prix body just keeps the gawkers away. Talk about a hack and slash, how about a stock '86 or so Toy pickup drivetrain, with an eight inch body lift using six mounts total to attach the unibody car to the truck frame, and they just chopped a hole in the center console and you had to reach inside and shift the shifter that was below the floor pan. Steering shaft? How about three joints and no support block, turn left, shaft rides against the frame, turn right, shaft rides against the body, you could grab it and move it around about six inches. Hey buddy how 'bout a test drive? (Evil plot to sue toothless hack for 1.2 million dollars)

I'm not in Alpena at the mo but I grew up there and my family (mom/dad, sister) still live there.

When I was passing thru about 2-1/2 year ago went out wheeling with a bunch of peeps to Mud Lake.

My nephew goes out to dunes quite often...he's got some monstrosity in my dad's poll barn he's been building up for the last year or so...he's building a house right now so I don't know how much time he dedicates to building it though (prolly not much). I think he currently drives a full size bronco on 38s...

I'll most likely be stopping in next year about this time for a couple weeks...I'd be up for being someone's winch bitch on a run.
