A cooler shouldnt need a fan, unless it was mounted to your fender. I got mine from Summit for not much at all. Or you could get one used at a wrecker for next to nothing. There are many others that make or can make hydraulic assist steering. Survey the market and talk to people that are using hyd. assist for similar applications.
