I was thinking, and noticed that toy trucks have a 23 spline transfer case, just like the dodges, but i want to know what is the difference in shaft sizes. I am pretty sure they are different sizes, but it is worth a shot.. be kinda intresting going from a 727 to a toy 4.7:1 geared box, to a dodge 205 :flipoff2:

Not exactly sure I'm following what you're after.. Are you looking for the outer diameter of the 23 spline output shaft on the back of the 727???
If that's the case, the A500 (and A518 are both OD 727 cases) in my Durango has an output shaft that's the standard 23 spline Dodge output and is 1.25" in diameter.
Now I just measured that with a tape measure... If it's ~way~ off from the Toy, you'll know. If it's close, you might wanna get ahold of a measurement taken with calipers. I don't have any handy right now...
But maybe that'll get you started.

awesome, yeah, it is start, and thanks. Just want to add new options for me... and plus, toy cases are cheaper than machining and modding my 203, and i get a better low to boot..

4.7 toy gears are around $700 and wouldn't hold up to the V-8 in a heavy fullsize truck. you'd also have to do the same machining to get the toy adapted as you would modifing your 203 i think. in my opinion its not strong enough or any cheaper than doubling or even tripling up the 203/205 combo's, especially if you break the toy gears/case.
