Yeah, I know. Really sounds like a stupid newbie question.
Most full width users get into the 80+ range, right?
How wide are 2.5 Rockwells?

Let's get this out of the way too.....................:flipoff2:

Would you run the Mantis in SoDak, being that wide?

Since rollover isn't a major issue for the truck, and the trails that I really like up there are wide enough anyway... OH HELL YEAH! :)

That said, I missed SoDak this year... no money, no time off... :(

I'm almost 100" outside of tire to outside of tire. That's a Chevy d60 front, 3.5" backspacing on 15x10 wheels and 44x18.5 TSL's.

If you use a full width one ton axle with 10" or wider wheel you'l be over 90"

Well, rockcrawler originally. :) Actually, that width measurement may not be accurate, but close. I'll measure again this weekend after I get my 44's on to be sure. But I seem to remember being 94" or so with the 38's.

-Steve not everyone runs 16.5 wheels. hence with your back spacing your obviously below 90 come down to 3 inches and guess where that puts you, 90! jiMMy

I'm 88-89", full width Chevy D60, 15 x 10s w/4 1/8 BS (w/beadlocks), 15-39.5x15 TSLs.

These numbers don't make any sense to me- mine is Dodge 60 (61 really) with 15x10 3.5 BS, 39.5 15-15's. 85.5" wide front, 85.75" rear w/ 14 bolt. And no I wouldn't want to be much wider at all, I think this is perfect.

94" wide, 12" wide Hummer wheels, dually hubs front
94" wide, 16" wide hummer wheels rear, custom spacer hubs.

We have no width problems where we wheel (not many tight trail), so all this talk about width is a moot point. for me, it was more to make the truck go wider as much as I needed it to go up for the 44's.

OK, Doc, took me long enough but I finally have a rough estimate. (Had mom go measure.) :)

92" outside of tire to outside of tire. That's a 1982 Chevy d60 dually front converted to single wheel, 15x10" beadlocks, 3.5" backspacing, 44x18.5 TSL's. Hope it helps you.
