we did front bumper, sliders, and roof rack. Customer wanted and expedition style set-up. Here's what we came up with

I am not a big fan of the tube bumpers on FJ's. I do dig the rack though. One question, why did you put the dimpled plate below the crossbars? It seems that it would have been better to have it on top.
on top an you loose 1.5" of space, plus I thought it would be nice to have sections for stuff - easier to keep things from sliding around. I made each section a different size for different size objects.

The front bumper looks like a huge wall of tubes but i dont think thats really your fault more of the way Toyota designed the front end.
