As i stated my problems with aa-fab on another thread but i wanted another one started about them... On Monday June 8th i spoke with adam about some caliper brackets and coilover tabs well the order was made and would be sent that day..well today is wednesday june 24th and no parts!!! But wait it gets better..i call several times a day mostly to get no answer and just a few days ago they got voicemail but i have spoken to adam,mike and another guy there and a set was sent out but was destroyed in a us mail shipment in texas so they sent me another pair out..Now the 2nd shipment i was told yesterday that it was signed and delivered to me by the confirmation number they had,but i havent seen anything yet..If i recieved them i sure as hell wouldnt keep calling them,i have asked for a couple weeks now for tracking numbers but they will call me back with them. i wanted tracking number so i could call and see who signed and when(i guess the green man lives with me now and signed for them) but anyway like usual they would call with number...IF YOU WANT PARTS DONT CALL THEM!!!! Not to mention they will never return your calls...

Wow, these guys have a good track record going..... Im sure glad i was set straight to order my coilovers from somone else! King drop shipped them to me in 1 day. Sounds like i would have been waiting for awhile from AA-Fab.... Hope they set all this straight with you guys!

Ok I am addressing some issues here we have been in the shop 24 hours a day for the last 2 and a half weeks fininhing projects we are currently overwhelmed and under maned we are catching up every day Unforutunly we have dropped the ball on the internet customers at this point I will look into ths today and get this resolved how woud you like this to be resolved

I called yesterday and Adam answered the phone and proceeded to tell what all happened.I was told that brackets was being made and going to be shipped yesterday or today..So im asking on here for everyone to read...Adam was my caliper brackets made and shipped? you have my email addy so you can send me the tracking number..

Maybe you have been very busy im not saying you have or havent but customer service is needed especially when i called 3 or 4 times a day everyday that should ring a bell to everyone in your shop in saying there must be a problem i need to check into it..... Or take a hour or so to check emails or voice messages. ...Also filling orders that was made before your 2 week project should had been finished and shipped so people like myself would have there parts and then you can move on to other things..

Yes i agree the ball was dropped...BUT my order was over the phone and it was you who i placed order with on phone.so it wasnt just internet orders that got dropped..

I'm not real happy with AA myself. I ordered a LH tubing adapter in April and got a RH one. I waited 3 weeks to get another one after I was told another one was on it's way several times. Then I managed to warp it while tig welding it and ordered another one. That was on the 19th of May and a package showed up promptly with a LH JAM NUT???? I contacted him and he told me he would send out the adapter right away and I would see it in a couple days. I've sent him numerous e-mails and he's stopped responding to me. I know it's just a tubing adapter but FAWK. I've been trying to build a high steer tie rod for 3 months now.:mad3:

**** UPDATE **** I finally got my parts in on friday,can you believe it,still very pissed on how long it took and the shit i went thru to get them... I havent installed yet but i hope everything works out so i have no more dealings..good luck to all who are waitng on parts from these guys...

I will say that we have had good dealings w/ Adam in the past. I have not had any recently though. Hopefully he gets caught up and doesn't loose any business because of this as they put out a good clean product. Glad to hear they made it right for you though.

got my parts also, probably has something to do with this post. Will be ordering strictly from SKY MFG from now on.
