Did Chev. ever offer this combo?? And what T-case was it for if it was NP203 / NP205??
How long would the adapter be??
Have access to a 32 spline output for an NP435. I think Chev was the only make that offered the 32 spline T-cases. Never heard of this combo tho

I would need to look up a few things to get specific but just to get you started:
I do know that chevy put 32-spline np205 behind that trans. from 85-91 in the 1-tons if my memory serves correct (circle six bolt pattern). Before 85 chevy used 32 spline matches in autos only. Offroad design's website (www.offroaddesign.com) has a great np205 tech site that would probable be of good help.
I thought the np435s were old stuff back in the timken 221 days

GM never used an NP435 in any 4WD application.

I agree they used the NP465 but it wasn't issued with a 32 spline input......mainly 10 spline outputs....

Getting into the SM465 is off-topic (this is a NP435 thread) :D, but the SM465 WAS offered in 32-spline output 4WD version in the 1980's. I have one in an '84 Blazer mated to an NP208.
Look here for more info on 10-spline vs. 32-spline SM465, as well as a bunch of other trans and NP203/NP205 info. I think they even have a little NP435 info:

The website is down right now, so I can't get the link to the specific section. Look under "catalog" and then "doubler" I think.
Later!

I bin there, looked around, no answers. Guy sez he has an NP435 output shaft-32 spline. I think 32 spline was a Chev only spline, must be out of a different tranny(would be my guess).
Anyone know of any other NP435 32 spline outputs?? Ford-31,Dodge-23, I think jeep used this tranny right? SM outputs wouldn't swap in an NP tranny would it ?(reachin)
