I was trying to mock up my york compressor on my 22re using the bracket off pirate. The problem being that when i tried to mount the york on the bracket it is in contact with a round piece coming off the intake. :( I'm not sure what it is and if it can be moved somewhere else or if it has to be level or what. As you can see in the pic (don't mind the dirty engine, i am waiting for that one to bit the bullet) the york still needs to come up a good 4 inches or so to mount to the bracket. I was looking to mount it lower but it looks like it would then be in the frame(in the picture it is sitting on the frame rail) Maybe it works on a carb engine only? :eek: How are the 22re guys putting them on? thanks
