I've got a set of 4" front lift springs that need bushings and don't know the brand. The spring eyes are both 2.5" wide but the front eye is 1.5" ID and the shackle eye is around 1.125" ID. Anyone know what brand springs these are or have part numbers for urethane bushings? I can't seem to find anywhere online that shows the dimensions of bushings.

Unless the one of the eyes got deformed, they should both be the same ID.

Bear in mind that it is spring steel, they do move, its not a fixed diameter.

You can get the kine from Energy Performance, or go to your local spring supply shop and get factory press in style.

I just swapped my tuff country 4" (now for sale) with nationals.
The TC's front springs had larger front ID eyes that the rear eye.
the rear springs were both the same.
The nationals had all the same size.

For the TC's I got bushing from offroad designs and they fit correct.
For the nationals I just bought new front/front eye and reused the rest.

Did any of that make sense?

No, the springs eyes have different ID's and it's not from deformation.

I gave energy suspension a call and they can't even give me dimensions on there own bushing sets

Couldn't tell you then. I swapped my old rear 52s up front, rebushed with new press-in style, and same part number for both front and rear eyes. No different IDs on mine.

Do you know what part number you used and were your springs 2.5" wide? The only one I can find that might work is 3-2105R or 3-2105G but this page http://www.suspension.com/gm4wd.htm says it for the stock spring that is 2 7/8" wide. I called energy suspension and they didn't even know the dimensions so they referenced me to that sight. I can't get anywhere to give me a straight answer on the dimensions of their bushings or springs.

they are more than likely tuff country's becuase i think the sky jackers and supper lifts use the small eyes at both ends.

energy makes replacement kits.

stock springs are 3" wide but ALL after market springs are 2.5" wide.
