Found a great deal on a set of axles from a 85 waggy just wondering what it take to convert the hubs to manual locking

Step 1. Buy a set of Warn 20990 hubs
Step 2. Remove the factory flanges
Step 3. Bolt the new hubs on

It's that easy.

Yep, just buy the hub setup and install.

I kept the old stuff for trail spares.......

i am 100% convinced that the "CONVERSION" kit is a scam. have you even seen the conversion kit? its a set of spindle nuts, stock spindle nuts.
