FORD '72-'86 Dana 60 front truss with optional diff cover
NEW CNC LASER CUT AND CNC PRESS FORMED
This truss system is designed for 4-link capability on a front FORD Dana 60 high pinion axle from '72-'86 with 2.875" inches of axle tube on the driver side. This truss allows an easy way to mount links on an otherwise rarely linked axle. The boxed .250" plate provides maximum strength for the most hardcore wheelers. The top plate is cut from 3/8" plate for maximum strength. This truss closely contours the shape of the differential for a low profile link mounting system. The diff cover is cut from 3/8",CNC press formed, welded and machined for an additional $100. Thats a $15 dollar savings for this package deal over buying items individually. Add specially fitted lower link mounts for both sides this FORD Dana 60 available in either 0 or 5 degree offsets for an additional $39.00. Shipped unassembled and unwelded (except for add on diff cover), but is easy to assemble. Only weighs 15 lbs (truss only). Part # TRU-1204.
TRUSS SYSTEM STARTS AT $145.99

itchy 07-03-2009, 06:45 PM any plans to make one for a chev 60??
Ya. Why tease us Chevy guy's with that.
Could this one be flipped around for a Chevy 60?

No, but we could have one in about a month. I'll have engineering start on that right away.

Moore87 07-04-2009, 04:14 PM Curious to see one of these mounted up in a double triangulated configuration. It doesn't look like the place to mount the upper links is not in the center of the axle. Maybe I need to see one on an actual axle
DrVic723 07-04-2009, 06:21 PM We designed it that way so that it would clear the oil pan in tight situations. Extended versions are available upon request, but you will need to give us the measurements that you desire. Another option is to use a link tower that matches the height of the truss for the other link. If you're interested, let us know and we'll pursue it further.

Jaiden 07-30-2009, 08:15 PM I am curious about the difference between this and one for a 89 HP 60 from a f350
I just blew my old truss system apart and in need of a new setup. let me know if this will in fact fit or not. Or what mods would need to be made to fit it

Just walked to the back, we have three in stock and a few more on the laser right now. If you place an order today it will take shipping 2-3 days to get to it since we're still playing catch-up right now. Thanks - Jeff

I'm interested too, I have a 88-91.5 60 that I need to truss up and link. Would it require taking 3/4" or so off of the center on the short side?
84CJ7LT1 10-27-2009, 02:51 PM In for a chevy d60 truss.
