Hey Everyone, I'm trying to find my first Scout, a 1977 Scout SSII, that I bought new in 1978 from Cole Motor Co in Bluefield, WV. It had been converted to hard top and doors, white with black stripes down the side, 345 and auto tranny, 3:54 gears. The interior had been customized, woo-hoo with green astro turf carpeting and paneling for headliner and interior side panels, yeah!!. It still had the SSII grill. I lost it around 1982 or 83 after my divorce to Grundy National Bank in southwest VA. Would like to find it to restore it. VIN # is G0052GGD40658. Olive green dash pad & seats and had Rallye steering wheel. Probably a needle in haystack search but any help will be appreciated. Want to find and restore it. Thanks!
