Hi guys, still working on the rebuild but not as much lately, missed my August 24th deadline so things have slowed down and real work picked up :-(

I have put the motor in a couple of times now, but am not happy with how it sits, I'm using stock chev type mounts with an AA cradle. The stock chev mounts have a lip that slides over the top of the frame mount, as the engine settles into place, does great on one side but the other side doesn't seem to fit in nicely, leaving that side of the engine up just a little. You'd have to be familiar with the stock chev mounts to know what I'm taking about but I can send pics to anyone if they want to have a look. I'm just wondering if I should grind the mount or elongate the bolt holes. The holes in the mount are a little loose so I don't think making it a little bigger would hurt, but I'm not quite sure which way to go at it.

Any thoughts? Realize it may be hard to visualize this.

I did a search and someone has used Moroso mounts with the AA cradle, I hope they chime in, as to their fit.
