Well I found a lifted 89 f250 with 220k lifted on 36's for $800 bucks. The owner told me it either has a bad oil cooler or blown head gasket. I haven't gone to look at it yet. I was wondering what should I look for? I know to check the coolant on those, but what else. If the head gaskets is blown how hard is that to replace and about how much in parts?

Or should I just use my 454 and sm465 in it?
