CJ-7 rear springs on all corners (to the best of my recollection). If they are superlift springs they are the minimal lift model (1.5"-2"). I'll call today to make sure I'm not giving out bad info.

I know Chris has this new rig in the pic up above and that he used the og CJ-10 early in the EROCC season. Before yesterday and seeing some pics at Jim's Off Road Center, I heard that his second comp rig got all tore up out west. Well, this can't be true since it competed this past weekend. Did the same guy buy both rigs(the CJ-10 and the aluminum CJ-10)? What's the deal or is Chris just letting his boys compete in his old rigs?

Another thing I noticed in some other pics is the pretty Dana 60F axle tubes...anybody know the material used?

I believe Chris let Stacy use the rig, but not 100% sure. I know that on a few of the obstacles, I saw Chris there lending a hand whenever Stacy needed it.

While at ProRocks, I spied "Black Diamond" stickers on his front springs.

Thats what makes his rig so cool! No fancy coilovers, no fancy link configuration. Just plain 'ol kickin ass with leaf springs. Gotta love it.

They are Black Diamond CJ-7 rear springs with 4" lift used SOA.

He's been letting his buddies use his old rigs.

When your business is building competition buggies and trail rigs, it's beneficial to have as many being shown off as possible. What better advertising can you think of that 2 or 3 of your creations finishing top 5 in both classes

I thought Foothills was the only 4x4 shop around here besides Ironman but I've never been there. You know what his shop name is?

Foothills has two locations, one in Greenville the other in Travelers Rest. Buddy Carlton is at the one in Greenville, and Ken and Chris Sonner(sp) are at the one in TR. Durhams shop is at his house in Pickens.
