Well, finally i have finished my Radius Arms, and not a moment to soon. I am leaving tomorrow for the SOLAROS Appalachian Expedition. I didn't take any pics of them yet, because i was in too much of a hurry to put them on. Basically, i cut them into three pieces, beveled them, and put 100% weld on the cut parts. I would think that they would be as good as new, but i put 1/4" plate on each side to reinforce them. So far they work great, I will take plenty of pics this weekend, and give them to someone to post for me. Peace

I am just about to do similar to mine.
Did you crank them as well.
I am going to crank about 65mm-75mm and extend about 30mm over stock after crank.
