so got down to adjusting the vavles because of...:D you know lol
anyway a friend of mine told me that instead of adjusting the exhaust to .012, i should set it to .011
seemed a little odd but what the heck why not give it a try
so i did
and now the ticking has seemed to have gotten a little louder :mad3:
just wondering if that is a good idea or not though
and if i should just set it to regular specs or leave it at .011
the reason why my buddy said to adjust them that tight is because he thinks the cam is a little worn
but all in all if its a bad idea ill just set it back to .012 :smokin:

what are your intake valves adjusted to? I was told .07/.011 is ok, 22rs are noisy anyways

I was told to do .11/.07, I adjusted them to 12/8 like the manual said, and it rattles like a paint can, this is a brand new head. I have since then adjusted them 11/7. No rattle and the engine is running great.
