I'm looking at a f250 rolling chassis and can't find any information on this tranny. I believe its either a NP345, T-4,T-18, T-18A,T-19A or a T-19
I know it's a 4-speed and bolted to a 205 transfercase. Is it worth a shit or piece of shit? Thanks
Photos of the casting numbers

Cast aluminum top plate = NP435 (Which is more than likely what it is)
Cast iron top plate = T-18 or T-19

Hope that helps?

It has the cast alum top plate.. so is the NP 435 worth using?

Was used one 2 ton trucks also. Very tough trans. 1st gear is something like 6.71 to 1 and it's normal to be a little noisy in first.
