I WAS DRIVING MY HONDA THE OTHER DAY, AND LOOKED IN MY REAR VIEW TO SEE A NICE SEAFOAM 40 CRUISING BEHIND ME. NEEDLESS TO SAY I WAS PSYCHED [AS NICE CRUISERS ARE FEW AND FAR BETWEEN IN THIS TOWN]AND HUNG INTO A TURN LANE TO CHECK IT OUT. I WAS DEVASTED WHEN IT CRUISED PAST AND I SAW THE RUSTED OUT QUARTERS, MISMATCHED WHEELS, BROKEN LIGHTS, AND BOARDS SERVING AS A TAILGATE.
SO I'M GONNA PUT IT TO YA, I WANT TO SEE THE BEST LOOKIN SEA FOAM 40 OUT THERE, I PERSONALLY THINK THEY LOOK GOOD AND HAVE NEVER SEEN A NICE ONE.
ANYONE?

My scanner ist kaput, but one of the NICEST FJ40's I've ever seen was a "Seafoam" (actually called "Spring Green") FJ40 from CA (vanity plate "LECREUZ") that I spotted at Warden's Automotive a few years ago. It was a thing of beauty, EVERYTHING on that truck was done right, with attention to detail, with the right budget. It had every toy known to man, including a very trick quick-disconnect system for a roof rack attached to a full family cage. I've been drooling at pictures of this truck for years, in fact, I have two of them on my Cruiser bulletin board in front of my desk.

There is a guy in Wichita Falls that has a super nice 40 that I will try to get a picture of. He bought it from a friend of mine on the FD and put about 13k into it.

Dang it, now I have a reason to snag the digicam from the office and take it with me on my errands...There's a NICE seafoam '40 a couple miles from the office...Just moved up here from the lower 48, but I forgot what state the plates were...Sounds kinda like the one described.

There is a perfect seafoam 40 in Houston. I think it is around a 71 with a white factory soft top. Original owner. Beautiful. I'll see if I can dig up a picture of it.
