I'm too old and fat for this thing. It's awesome, and I love it, but it's just more than I need. I'm going to be chasing kids around soon and it's hard to do on a bike that wants to be going 40MPH in first gear.

The thing is faster than fast. It never runs out of gears. Included is new rear sproket, tires in good shape, lighting coil/headlight-tailight, skid plate, Trapp exhaust header out on (orig exhaust too), manual, Accel wheels, Brembo brakes, Acherbis hand guards and some more stuff. Suspension has been "massaged" for track or desert sledding.

I would like to trade for:

RFVC XR600 or 650. Same or similar vintage. Talk to me please. All bikes considered but I'm an old XR man at heart (tiptoed through their guts a bunch of times):D

My trade:

If you sell it outright, i have a great 97 XR600 for sale.

Beautiful bike, already registered for the street(baja designs kit)with lots of goodies for dual sporting or trail riding...was asking $3800..price somewhat negotiable....dont want to trade...i am looking to buy a quad..

Thanks guys!
Phil. I think I'd ask about $2600.00. Not too firm. And I hope you're friend has jumbo coconut balls and stellar arm strength. The thing's like riding a fawking missile. :D Lemmeknow if he's interested. I can send more pics too.

That XR sounds like just what I'm looking for. To a T! I will for sure keep you in mind when I get some dough. Cant buy until I sell mine though. Thanks!!!

If you are interested in pictures, I can email them....cant post them...no red star!. Also...to wet your appetite...comes with a White Bros. E series pipe and a Scott Summers fork brace...Acerbis Handguards with built in Bark Busters, also have all stock parts...pipe, headlight etc.

Just let me know

I have one response to that Mr. Bronc: Droooooool

I want it. I'll get mine in the paper today. Mabe something will happen this weekend. Stay tuned. Thanks!!!

Oh, why are you selling? Just for a quad? Anything wrong or worn out on the bike? Hours? Raced? Thanks.

nothing wrong with the bike....i have used it for trail rides and dualsport rides since i bought it new, never raced. It starts like a champ....rejetted to help with that! nothing worn out...hell even the tires are in great shape...same for chain and sprockets! I am only 5'8" and weigh a measly 150.....sometimes the bike gets to be too much for me weight wise. When i bought it about 10 of us had them. Since then they all have gone back to 2-strokes or with YZF426's and CR450's. Was going to go that route until i rode a 400EX quad. damn can i hall ass on a quad! I can run over the CR's and the YZF's. plus i go to Pismo quite often...rental quads are getting expensive. So for now...quad it is....maybe a CR450 later! Good luck on selling yours..have pics to email if you need some incentive to get yours sold!

I have a 86 Suzukiiii Imaculant quad not a 4x4 but runs like hell and kicks %#@ like to trade they haven't got me set up on here for pic. yet. I paid my Donation but will e-mail pic's if interested in a trade. My kids 8 & 9 have a new xr50& xr70 and the quad is no longer needed for keeping them occupied. Mommy wants to play my last bike was a yz 490 & I broke my ankle in my front yard it's time to do it again  :smokin: :smokin: :smokin: :smokin:

P.S. someone into Husky will appriciate BULTOCO's & OSA"S my dad use to race at ASCOT in southern Cal. I started there racing a Indian 50cc at 4 years old. Just good memories when life wasn't such a BITCH. :flipoff2:

Thanks Sheri!
Appreciate the digs. I grew up in Encinada (sp?) and remember my old man racing his fave ol Suzuki TM250 at only point I watched up and down the beach where I was allowed to wander off enough to get my right leg stung up HARD by jellyfish. That's really all I can remember. Only other thng is my pop used to talk about "Smith" and his antis.. Turns out that we have 8mm video of Malcom or one of his buddies

Thanks John, but I sold her last night. :D I kinda feel like :( but it's for the best. Now I get to go shopping! :D :D

Not sure where Shaver Lake is, but here in Sacramento I go to Gootimes Motorsports. They are the only Ducati/Cagiva dealer around and they do sell the new Husky WXC's. Good luck.

Mr. Bronc, still got that XR?

Shaver Lake is south of you I think you go south on 99 to Fresno and turn East.
Have you heard of the Dusy Ershem (sp?) trial?
It is in the Shave Lake area. If you haven't been there, then you need to check it out.
It has great wheeling and great scenery. I did the Swampy meadows trail and loved it. It is up there with the Rubicon with regards to difficulty.

Let me know when you are headed this way. My place is close to the trails to air up and weld up/repair any broken rigs. I was on Dusy/Ershim trail last weekend. Better hurry, they will be locking the gates when it snows.
