There is a local write up in the Mountain Democrat (Placerville Ca's, local Newspaper).
It qoutes Big Rich discribing the event and excitement of Rock Crawling, and promotes the upcomming event to be held at Donner on Sept 27-29. Rich also discribes the, Rules, Rigs, terrain, and the awsome proximety that the spectators are provided to view the action on the courses.
The picture they posted looks like the Red JP Off Road rig climbing out of either course # 5 or #6 (on Saturday) at Amador last year.

Its an a really cool article, (although I would have liked it better with my rig flexing its muscles) :D,
I have been talking with a lot of people in the area, letting them know about the event, and its a well known topic, at nearly any of the auto parts stores, or motorcycle shops, but I was surprised to hear when I brought it up at a Pizza palor the other day, that nearly everyone at the counter and behind the counter were aware of it, and were planning to go.
I was a bit taken back that I wasnt anyones favorite to win, but,...Ill just rub it in, after the event.

Good Job Rich, keep plugging away.( by the way, I need some posters for 24 hour Fitness(they love to play the Moon Rocks Video on their Video system) and a couple other buisness's in Folsom, and Rancho Cordova

Its a good thing Im not a human being with sensitivities and emotions :( :flipoff2:
Though, on another note, a few punk kids, that I would normaly try to run over with my truck, came up to me at the Carnage event and wanted my autograph. Well I went from wanting to tell them to get away from the rig, to giving them the full tour.
One of the punks,(maybe 13 years old),said "I love watching you wheel, your a fawkin idiot",.."You arent affraid of anything". I wasnt really sure how to take it,..but I liked it. I think the last thing I looked at before I lit the fuse and everything went to hell, as a tripple rollover, was that kid, standing at the boundry flags, giving me a "thumbs up"(lil bastard).
So I guess I deserve everything I get,... including the beaten and battered body. I dont use Ben gay though,...Jim Beam or Jose Quervo are my snake oil of choice.
But,..I need a top ten more than cool video coverage this time around, or I wont be invited to the 1st Supercrawl.
This time Im gonna be focused.:D

I've been spreading the info too! This should be a great event and I'll be spotting for Woody99. At the Johnson Vally CalRocs we placed 9th out of 20 rigs for our 1st event and that was pretty cool. We'll still be in the stock modified but with cutting brakes this time :D We're just looking to have allot of fun and hopefully place in the Top 10!

Hopefully that Fawking Fatkid will break and we wont have to worry about him.:flipoff2:

I think FatKid has gone Pro Mod, now I have to worry about him.

Maybe I can get him to play with the local squirell population, how long does it take for bubonic plague to kick in and at least affect motor skills?
