I bought this for my engine and now I'm switching it up and going a different route than a fixed cam. It is a custom grind that I got from someone on LS1tech who ran it for 4 hours and then went with a more aggressive grind. It will work good on just about any gen 3 or gen 4 GM small block because it isnt too aggressive but with tuning it will add a solid 40hp or more.

It has been ground to 224/224 duration with .550"/.550" lift on a 112 LSA and advanced 4 degrees. It will give you a nice lope at idle and still pull hard from the low end until wide open. 3 bolt style
