We have decided to upgrade our machining process by purchasing a HAAS VF3-SS QPC. This machine has cut production times by 80% on the forged housings by allowing continuous unmanned machining for hours on end.

The SS stands for 'Super Speed', and the QPC is for Quad Pallet Changer.

Above is a scheduled pallet change. The operator loads 4 pallets worth of housings, then as they are finished, he can re-load them at his leisure.

We know that wait times have been growing on this particular item, however we will continue to do what it takes to get you the best product with short lead times... whatever the cost!

I see you didnt spend much money on vises :D Im not sure why more people dont go the double lock route on huge orders. Are you new to the Haas control, or do you have other machines? Cool setup.
