This is not my idea. Got this idea from a guy in Lander Wyoming. Do not remeber his name though. This is how to make a CHEAP and EASY removable license plate mount that snaps onto your winchs roller fairlead.
Start with a D cell Maglite mounting kit.

Drill some holes in a 16ga. sheet of metal (which ever matal you would like to use) that is 12"x6"

Paint it

Attatch the light mounts to the matal

Attatch the license plate to the whole thing

And attatch it to your fairlead. This was very cheap and simple. Just wanted to share it with everyone.

I thought every buddy knew about this..you can also use the factory plastic licence plate holder found on most late model cars and trucks. Then just mount the mag light clip to it.
