O kay cage question. I am gettin ready with help to put to gether a cage click on my www to take a look I am considering tieing in the seats and seat belts to the cage. then tieing the cage in to the frame. doesn't this force 100% of the impact from a rollover into the seats ( aka persons ) or am I tripping?

and yes I used the s button

yeah you're right... from what I have read people always talk about making a "sandwich" of sorts with rubber... orta like abushing or something. that would kinda negate the whole point of body mount bushings too.

Here is how I tied my seats into the cage...

and the cage ties into the frame via the rock sliders and the sliders tie into the frame thru the body mounts, 3 on each side.

Direct what force?? In a roll, you have bigger things to worry about. I'd rather have the seats mounted to a good cage then to the floor. The pictured above is almost identical to what I did... the cage mounts through the floor, to the rocker skids, which is on top of the body mounts. Not any different then have the seats mounted to the floor, with respect to "force".

Do it and stop worrying about it.
