i just took out a 63 327sb and am putting in an 87 350, the crank has a different bolt pattern. what vehicle should i be trying to rape for the right flywheel. it's bolting up to a lakewood bellhousing w a sm420. any info would be great.

the flywheel will have to come from a one-piece seal engine like you have. What matters is the bellhousing you are using. The old cast gm bells with stater that bolts to it only work with the large flywheel.

Any post 86 small block will work. In 86 they switched the crank when they went to the 1pc rear main seal.
