I'll be sticking with 33's for a while, I've been having a tough time trying to find the 4.88 3rd member, I'm still looking, may have to break the bank soon..I've hit several u-pull yards and haven't found em yet..Let me know if you know of anything, thanks bud. hillbillyjake 08-14-2009, 05:58 PM if you are looking for the factory toyota 3rd's with 4.88's br aware that the ring and pinions are toyota specific. meaning, if you break a rign adn pinion you will have to purchase one from toyota ($$$$$$$$). just a heads up. halonamiaha 08-14-2009, 08:06 PM trail gears creeper gears $150, install kit $100, labor for install, $150-$200, thats $400-$450 per end......factory 4.88 are hard to find and not worth the headache, parts/gears do not interchange w/ standard 4 cyl or v6 carriers. | |
