Well this weekend my trans. finally gave out on me. I was pretty hard in it and entered a turn as I slowed down and got back into it and it was like the Tcase popped out of gear but to my surprise It was not. It pulls fine in Reverse but has nothing in any foward gears. I am not sure what model it is but its in a 94 Grand w/ 5.2 4x4 I was told it was an A518 46rh. Does anyone know if this is possibly a simple fix or a major overhaul. Thanks

I just bought a 94 limited this past weekend that has the same exact problem... I'm looking into it now. If I find anything I'll post it. Basically reverse works fine but no forward gears...

It's fixable... but not for someone who's not willing to pull a tranny all the way apart...

(reverse is on a different gearset, which is why it still works)
