Comes with everything you need except plasma cutter and PC (you must provide cad system, cnc plasma driver software included with table)

I would love to see this setup in a 2x4 table. This is a great setup. Portable and a realistic size for those of use with smaller shops. Can't wait to see the pricing on this table.

Do you have video of this machine running with the water table filled?

I could have used one of these this weekend. I too look forward to pricing info. No room for a big setup, but a small setup would be awesome.

I would assume it's this size because it's about the size of a standard roll around cart? How does the roll around cart handle the inertia of the torch changing directions?

We may offer it with a cart we are not sure it is on top the cart for picture purposes.

Has this unit been put on the back burner? Still would like to see pricing on this and a 2x4 unit layed out the same way. You guys are on to something here and we are waiting patiently (OK maybe not patiently).

Thanks.

I got an email that there was a reply after my post (obviously) and was thinking boy that was fast. I see I am not the only one eagerly awaiting pricing and information.

The reason these are not available right now is that their isnt a whole lot of price difference between a 4x4 and 3x2. We are still looking into it right now.

Right now we are hitting right around $5K for everything and we are trying to get it down lower.

Would offering a 2x4 Gantry kit and table plans bring the price down to the approx $4k price range you were hoping for? The small table should be very easy to build.

To make a 2x4 foot table like we offer right now one would have to take our 4x4 gantry kit and make a smaller table for it and cu the rails to length. Not impossible just unexpected.

Do you have the specs on what material it will cut and the feed rates yet. I like your compact design.

MC

We had it rapiding at 3600ipm and it should cut any thickness ofnmaterial yournplasma will cut (severe cut). We are still on the fence about this little unit.

I guess when I saw "$5k for everything"!! I thought it meant the cutter was included  That is why I was asking about the material.

This is another reason I dont even want to ballpark the pricing for this unit until the electronics are together. Currently all of our tables include digital torch height control and our motors are balanced for acceleration and torque. With the majority of fabbers already having some kind of plasma cutter we dont want to get into plasma sales we want to offer a kick butt low cost machine that cuts like the 50K+ tables that you can use your already existing plasma cutter with.

I understand what you are saying, but offering it w/o the cutter is like going to a Italian restraint and the waitress telling you that the noodles are extra with your spaghetti tonight. I was thinking a package price was great. So I know what it is going to cost me at the end of the day...

I was interested at the $5k, but add the torch on to that??!! I now have to amortize off how much it will cost to just have parts laser cut and have someone do the work for me.:smokin:

Right well we may be able to offer it for under $4500 with a plasma cutter but we dont have all the info available just yet

Kind of like a offering a tubing bender at a great price but it comes w/o the dies? :flipoff2:

There are a lot of plasma cutters out there and the prices variy greatly depending on what you want to cut with it and the quality you want. I personally dont see myself ever needing to cut anything thicker than 1/2" and that will be a rare occurance. Some people will want to cut 3/4" and thicker. I dont think any of the cnc table compnaies offer their tables with a cutter as part of the price. Some of them also sell the cutters but it is a seperate item.

Any news on price yet? I am thinking about one of these little units instead of jumping in on one of the 4x8 tables.

We will have a definitive answer end of next week. The reason this is taking so long is that our focus has been on the larger tables. Right now with DTHC the small table is coming in at $5K. We will be working hard and sharpening our pencils to knock it way down. We may look into getting rid of DTHC for the production units to keep the costs low but its coming down to a deliberation on features.

Mach3 software included too?

Mach 3 is included in all our tables now. The end of next week we should have an answer on the price with and without DTHC.

;) New system in the works with new electronics that just came out and are being tested as I type this. We dont have an ETA yet but it will have the highest value dollar to dollar with any kit produced to date. All of our tables use the latest electronics and guides and something new just happened in the market and we are going to be on the fore-front of this new technology.
