: ID a dana 60 please

hi, i recently picked up a 60 rear from a junkyard. it had 60 on the webbing but the guy wastnt sure what it was from he thought about a 78 2 or 350 i pulled the shafts and they were 30 spline so i bought it. if you have one of those spicer bible books could you please tell me exactly what i have the numbers are as follows..
on the webbing looking at the cover bottom right has 60 of course, top right has the numbers C-30255
on the id tag on the cover it has the following
3 54 D61A KGA
603716-20

any help will be greatly appreciated and thanks for your time, scott

1977 1/2-1978 3/4 ton Heavy duty 4x2.

3.54 open diff.

Some times it is the break drum width, sometimes it is wether they are set up for duel rear wheels.
All depends on what Ford felt like that week.

Sometimes not a damn thing.
